We are pleased to announce our recently approved Ofqual Regulated Qualification Level 3 Award in Small Animal Care and Welfare. This is the most accessible qualification that meets the DEFRA Animal Licensing Activity Regulations and has been specifically designed to become qualified in the animal sector.

What will I learn in this course?
You will learn some of the best practises in managing, maintaining, and implementing the highest standards of animal welfare for a range of small animals and pets including dogs, rabbits, cats, bird, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and reptiles.
You will be able to confidently identify animal welfare issues and will be able to report them to the correct authorities.
You will also learn how to provide small animals with basic first aid training including emergency situations and care for health-related issues in a variety of small animals.
